
The purpose of this club is to create a Blog/Twitter community where
Moms can link up to support and motivate each other in our exercising
efforts. I am excited about this club. Every Saturday, I will post a new
linky list and I will encourage you to create a post about your workout
efforts for that week. The linky list will be open from Saturday to the
following Friday @ midnight pacific standard time. If you have a
twitter and would like to support and motivate others, please use the
hashtag #fitmomsclub.

I am sorry for the delay on getting this post typed. It has been an interesting week in my house and in my life. I have worked out this week. I have not actually done my 30 minutes a day on the WII Fit. Some days I have done more and some days I have done less. I have been doing varies other exercises. Hopefully, this week will be better and I can get back on track.
I have heard back from Athletes 4 Life. They have one of their best trainers working on the workout program. I will be posting it as soon as I get it.
