Welcome to Week 10 of "What I Love About Me!" hosted by Twins Plus One, Three Times the Fun and Twingle Mommy! I look forward to this blog hop each and every week because I get to focus on the positive things in my life as well as learn new things about each and every person in the hop.

Write a post about what you love about yourself this week and then add it to the linky list below. This is intended to be a time and place for each of us to stop criticizing ourselves for a few minutes and actually remind ourselves of the characteristics we are proud to own. So go ahead, look in the mirror, and see yourself through your loved one's eyes. Notice the beauty first. Here's your place to shine!
A few simple guidelines -
- Please follow the two hostesses. If you are a new follower, please comment so they can follow you too! :)
- We'd love it if you posted the button and the linky list, but it is not mandatory.
- Feel free to link to your homepage or your specific "What I Love About Me!" post. We want this to be a fun, relaxing hop so we'll accept all links as long as they are family-friendly. Thanks!
- The linky will be open all week so feel free to link-up on your own time!

I am now 21 years old. |
On Friday night, we got a babysitter and went out for our first date night since our Weekend to Remember Getaway back at the beginning of June. It was a nice relaxing evening. We went to one of the local casinos in our area for dinner and then since it was my first time there since I turned 21 I got their player's card and scored $10 in free slot play. So we played there for a little and then we left and went to another casino not to far from our house.
When we got to the other casino, we played for a little, but since we were losing we just decided to sit in their bar area and listen to the band that was playing for a little and then we came home and went to bed. So this week I am really enjoying the fact that me and my husband can go out and just listen to music for a little. It was a nice night. I can't wait til are next night out.
That must be so nice!! I'm really happy for you. I remember the short time that I was 21 and Shaun wasn't and it was very annoying. Hard to believe that was 7 years ago now. :)
ReplyDeleteIt stinks being the one who can't go to the bars. But unlike Holly, I'm not willing to say how many years ago that was for me :)
