So this past Wednesday morning got a call from my son's teacher. I seems their was a little accident on the playground.
My son was on the slide and it seems another student pushed him and some how my son ended up butting his tongue. (Picture below is the injury)
School nurses says that there is nothing that can be done and that the tongue will heal itself . (It pretty while has healed) My son is a tough little guy and it doesn't seem to phase him, but I still feel bad as a mom.
Has something like this ever happened to any of you? What did you do? How did you feel?
