Upon on arrival at the Green Bay airport, we got our stroller and our carry-on items that would not fit in the over-head compartments because we flew from Chicago to Green Bay in a small air plane. Then we went off to find my husband’s family and get our gigantic suit case.
After we met up with my husband’s family and got our suit case they asked if their was anything in Green Bay that we wanted to see before we headed to their home. I asked how far were we from the Packers Stadium. It turns out that we were only about 5 minutes away, so we went. Now I am not a big football fan, but I knew that my husband’s best friend was and that my husband likes the Packers as well.
Another interesting place that we visited on our arrival day was a park about 5 minutes from my husband’s families home. This park was right on Lake Michigan and we were able to walk down to it. When we got close to the water my son asked to take of his shoes and play in the water. I said that he could that he could at least put his feet in.
Allowing him to put his feet turned into him getting soaked and sick with a cold later on in the week since it wasn’t super warm outside.
