Fit Moms Club
Welcome to Week 1 of Fit Moms Club. The purpose of this club is to create a Blog/Twitter community where Moms can link up to support and motivate each other in our exercising efforts. I am excited about this club. Every Saturday, I will post a new linky list and I will encourage you to create a post about your workout efforts for that week. The linky list will be open from Saturday to the following Friday @ midnight pacific standard time. My goal is to workout for 30 minutes a day using the WII FIT. I started on Monday and have done at least 30 minutes day all week. On Thursday, I ended up doing 45 minutes thanks to my cousin and my son. My 12-year old cousin worked out with me and my 3-year old son woke up from his nap during my work out and kept saying do this one. So I would do the one he wanted. My weight at the beginning of the week was 233.5 lbs and on my workout on Friday my weight was 233.9. The lowest weight I was down to this week was 232.1lbs. When I set my goal on Monday I wanted to lose 3lbs in 2 weeks. 

One of the things I dislike about working out and weighing yourself daily is that they say that your body fluctuates about 2 lbs each day. So on the days where I lost about a pound I gained it back the next day. I still have another 10 days before my goal deadline. I just need to watch myself. 

Here are some great tips for a friend of mine for losing weight:  
Number one rule eat breakfast! No matter what that is the key to weight loss. That is why it is called break fast. U are breaking ur fast from over night. 
 
Rule number two under no circumstance should u skip meals! Just break ur cals into even amount. Key about 400cals each meal with two healthy snacks.

Rule three:whole grain everything. Breads,pasta, pizza, cereal,etc. Whole grain means that it has the whole grain in it and not processed. Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast is a great way to eat healthy amd lose weight. It is the fiber that keeps u full.
